A more focused story without changing who CCP is.
The original site positioned CCP as a boutique consultancy specializing in lean operations, business intelligence, analytics, CRM, information management, and financial management. Those capabilities remain. The new structure simply makes the connection between them clearer and adds a dedicated program-management practice and product path.
