Outsourcing services we help you plan
- Call center and customer support: define coverage hours, intake questions, routing rules, callbacks and escalation.
- Virtual assistants and appointment scheduling: define who follows up on inquiries, what can be booked and when an exception goes back to your team.
- Front-end and back-end development: scope the work, decide when developers need to collaborate live, and agree on code review, access and acceptance criteria.
- Data entry and back-office support: document source records, required fields, quality sampling and who resolves mismatches. This can include CRM administration, quality assurance checks and process documentation.
Nearshore, offshore or a hybrid team?
- Nearshore: workday overlap
- Consider this when people need to make decisions together during your business hours, such as resolving customer inquiries or reviewing product changes.
- Offshore: extended coverage or a wider talent search
- Consider this when you need a specific capability or coverage outside your workday. Confirm the schedule and the overlap you actually need.
- Hybrid: different teams for different parts of the work
- Keep live intake with a team that overlaps your day, then pass defined tasks to a team that can complete them later. Assign ownership at each handoff.
Ask each proposed team to show its actual working hours, overlap, language capability, experience and backup coverage. Assess specialist skills for every location you consider. Location alone does not establish any of these. For hybrid teams, specify what goes in the handoff and who owns open work at the shift change.
Start with one workflow and a way to measure it
Before comparing providers, define the trigger, the expected output, the decisions the team may make and the exceptions it must escalate. Pilot one bounded workflow using only the access it needs. Compare quality, elapsed time and the amount of rework against your own starting point before expanding.
Depending on the engagement, the implementation can include a workflow and role brief, booking and decision boundaries, an escalation path, a pilot scorecard and written handoff instructions.
