A clearer story for a complex service

The Project Management Group helps owners coordinate the people, budgets, schedules and decisions behind construction projects. Its website needed to explain that role clearly, while giving prospective clients a useful way to assess the firm’s experience. Based in Irvine and serving Orange County and Los Angeles, TPMG needed more than a gallery of finished spaces: visitors needed to understand the work behind those spaces.

We organized the website around three questions a prospective client brings to the page: What does TPMG manage? What relevant experience can I explore? How do I start a conversation? That structure connects the firm’s capabilities to its project portfolio and makes the inquiry route easy to find.

Experience with the right context

Project photography makes the work tangible, but the wording has to explain what the images represent. The site separates the architect’s design role, the contractor’s construction role and TPMG’s management responsibilities. It also identifies selected projects as experience from founding principal Ali Fetanat’s career, including work undertaken with previous firms.

That context is part of the design. A visitor can explore a finished environment without being left to assume that TPMG designed its interiors or delivered every project under its current company name. Clear attribution supports a more credible presentation of professional experience.

A portfolio visitors can explore

The homepage introduces the firm with project imagery and a four-project carousel, then leads into selected work and a library of 18 project pages. Project names and locations give visitors an immediate point of reference; individual pages provide a route into the work rather than relying on a single long gallery.

Projects, Services and About remain distinct navigation choices. A prospective owner can move from a visual example to an explanation of the management process, then learn about the principal before making an inquiry. Desktop and mobile layouts carry the same information hierarchy.

Services explained through decisions and delivery

The service content follows the practical stages of a project: defining scope and budget, selecting and coordinating a team, evaluating potential spaces, and tracking delivery. It explains the value of coordination through responsibilities, project updates, cost visibility, schedules and open decisions.

The homepage links these service summaries to deeper content and introduces Ali Fetanat as the person leading the work. Calls to action invite visitors to describe what they are planning and where they are in the process, providing a more useful starting point than a generic request for information.

What we delivered

The delivered website combines a responsive homepage, project carousel, 18-project library, service pages, principal profile and a dedicated contact route. It gives TPMG an owned presentation of its capabilities and experience on the existing hosting resources.

The result is a clearer route from professional experience to a project conversation. The case study documents the delivered website and its visitor paths; traffic and inquiry performance can be evaluated separately as measurement data becomes available.
